Delete your Reela account

You can delete your Reela account and everything synced to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Reela and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.

Your account, sign-in details and all synced data (saved items, plans, history) are deleted from our servers immediately. Data stored only on your phone stays until you delete the app.

Without the app

Email ilyasscolz@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us which Apple or Google account you used). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

We keep no copies after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep records of purchases, which Apple or Google hold, not us.
